Responsibilities include:

• Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Adapt to changing customer needs and business demands with a positive attitude
• Document customer interactions and update relevant records in the company's system
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field

• Flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends
