Purpose : CMCF is seeking a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist to contract with or work part-time with our clinical care team. In this role, you will analyze, interpret, and report on diagnostic medical images to evaluate patient health, identify conditions, and support clinical decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Image Interpretation:
Review and interpret X-rays, and ultrasounds, with a focus on obstetric ultrasounds.

Clinical Reporting:
Generate detailed, accurate diagnostic reports for referring physicians within established turnaround times.

Interdisciplinary Consultation:
Collaborate with primary care doctors, surgeons, and specialists to determine appropriate imaging modalities and discuss critical findings.

Qualifications:

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.

Licensure:
Active and unrestricted Alabama Medical License.

Certification:
Board certification by the American Board of Radiology (A ) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AO ).

Residency:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency program.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with Enterprise PACS, RIS, and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
