Job Overview

Hayneville Baptist Church in Hayneville, Alabama, is seeking a Student Minister to lead and shepherd our vibrant 7th–12th grade ministry as we pursue our mission to Love God, Love People.

• Serve as a vital member of the family ministry team under the Senior Pastor.
• Provide visionary leadership across all areas of student ministry—including teaching biblical doctrine, guiding Wednesday night worship and Bible Studies, planning and executing key events, partnering with Life Group leaders, and cultivating meaningful discipleship relationships with students and their families.
• Equip and support volunteers, maintain a presence in local schools, champion student ministry within the broader life of the church, and engage in missions with youth and the church.

Hayneville Baptist is a growing, gospel-centered congregation seeking a mission-minded and passionate married young man whose wife loves ministry and serving as well.
