Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer II for the RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract supporting the Army Division. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
* Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in designated area of specialization or related discipline from an ABET accredited college/university.
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, TEAMS, One Note) and well organized.
* Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary to effectively communicate with customers and management.
* Must be able to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance (Must be a U.S. Citizen).
* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
* Must have a valid driver's license. (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
* Experience or familiarity with electromagnetic environmental effects principles.
* Experience planning, executing, and reporting on developmental test and evaluation efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Effectively gather customer testing requirements for new test programs, then plan, execute, and report on programs.
* Develop test plans and safety documentation, participate in document peer reviews, execute MIL-STD-461/464 testing alongside experienced technicians, analyze test data for accuracy and completeness, and prepare deliverables for customers.
* Manage program cost expenditures and monitor/manage program schedules to remain on time and budget. #CJ
