QC Inspector

Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)

Site Inspectorensures the implementation of all the quality procedures and standards in theSite. They are responsible for performing inspections on subcontractor’sactivities assuring the conformity to site inspection plans and applicableengineering.

They report tothe construction manager.

• To ensurethe implementation of all the Quality/HSE procedures and standards forthe areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities, together with the other members of Quality/HSE teams;
• Tosupport the Construction Material Controller in checking the Supplier’smaterial prior to the start of works;
• Toaddress Subcontractor activities for his/her own discipline, ensuring that Plant Construction works are performed according to the applicableengineering specification, site procedures and Site Inspection Planaccording to Quality & Safety procedures, as well as according tothe terms and conditions of the subcontract
• To checkthat the manpower employed by the Subcontractor continuously respect the requirements of applicable procedures and the Quality level fixed by thesame.
• To checkthat the equipment employed by the Subcontractor are adequate andcalibrated as required according to applicable procedures and to the Quality level fixed by the same
• To checkthat the works performed by the Subcontractor conform to the applicabledocuments, Safety regulations, and to the Quality level fixed by thesame, in coordination with the other members of Quality/HSE teams;
• To informthe Site Engineer to make the necessary changes when detects any designerrors;
• Topromote the non-conformity draft and informs the Construction Manager,supporting them in the nonconformity resolution;
• Keeping the Construction Manager informed, receive the Request of Inspectionfrom Subcontractors and confirm to proceed with the inspection informingthe Client, assume the responsibility in case of Client’s (motivated) rejection of the inspection taking care of remedial action and avoidingthe repetition of similar case in future.

University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants.

Covered asimilar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.

A minimum of12-15 years of relevant experience.
