The Role
We're looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer II to bring mission-critical systems to life. You'll lead the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to see your work move from lab to deployment. What You'll Do
• Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action.
• Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity.
• Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners.
• Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles.
• Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided).

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered
• Interim Secret Clearance required before start
• Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations
• Experience or willingness to write and execute test procedures in ATLO or production environments
• Confidence in presenting to executives and high-level customers
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce technical documents, test plans, procedures, and reports
Desired
Skills:
"Nice-to-have" skills that strengthen candidacy
• Prior certification as Certified Test Conductor or Principal Engineer
• Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
• Familiarity with missile systems testing in production/operations
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Background in manufacturing or test engineering
• Experience on multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency with LM Space Systems tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or equivalents
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, power supplies)
• Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
