Summary:

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and skincare consultations
• Customize treatments based on each guest's unique needs and preferences
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in skincare and esthetics
• Educate guests on proper skincare routines and recommend products for at-home maintenance
• Create a serene and welcoming atmosphere in the spa, ensuring guests feel pampered and relaxed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and workstations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences and generate revenue

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Must be passionate about caring for people and have outstanding facialist and retailing skills.
• Must have attended an accredited school; a client base following is preferred but not required.
• Hold Esthetic license in current state.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and personable- exceeding guest expectations daily.
• No team member will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

• Esthetician license/certification as required by the state/county
• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and techniques
• Knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Strong attention to detail and the ability to customize treatments for individual guests
• Passion for skincare and staying up-to‑date with industry trends
• Professional and friendly demeanor
