Travel Medical Laboratory Tech; MLT

This travel Medical Laboratory Tech job in Birmingham, Alabama, is a 13-week assignment with Anders Group. This role pays $1,573 per week and follows a day shift with a 4x10 schedule.

In this travel laboratory role, you will process specimens, perform diagnostic testing, operate laboratory analyzers, complete quality-control procedures, validate results within your scope, and communicate critical findings according to facility protocols.

• Active AL license, registration, or certification as required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Medical Laboratory Tech
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by the facility
• Ability to follow facility safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation

• Provide Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT) services in accordance with facility standards
• Follow established clinical workflows, safety protocols, and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Support quality care initiatives and positive patient outcomes
