MilitaryservicewithalogisticsMOS.Compensationwillbebasedonexperience/qualificationsandnegotiatedatthetimeofinterviews.

Responsibilities- Mustcollectallincomingdeliveryslipsfromanyincomingdeliveryandloggedinto Procore(Constructionmanagementsoftware).Example:
Gravel,Concrete,Concrete Pump,Dirtwork,Rigging,Hydrovacoranythingelserequired.- Willberequiredtoprovidedeliveryslipstoaccountspayableformonthlyinvoiceapprovals.
- Mustmanageandensuretheaccuracyofmaterialstoragewithinthewarehouse.
- Mustfacilitatetheestablishmentofonsitematerialrequestsfromonsitemanagement.
- Mustestablishandmanageincomingshipmentsoforderedmaterials.
- Toincludenotifyingprojectsuperintendentsofdailydeliveries.
- MustmanagesitematerialchecksheetswithinKOJO(anall-in-onesoftwarethatgivesusmorevisibilityofpurchasingprocessformrequesttodeliver)
- Mustcollaboratewithdifferentdivisionswithin Marathontoenhancelogistics.
- Mustestablishhowtheflowofmaterialswillbedistributedthroughouttheproject.
- Mustcoordinatewiththefabricationshopschedules,andshipmentsoffabricatedproductsforproperstorage.
- Mustestablishagoodlineofcommunicationwithonsiteprojectmanagementoflowmaterialstoragequantities.
