Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a Superintendent in the Southeast, working within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors. All positions are regular, full-time, and benefits-eligible. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and knowledge.
This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for outdoor hands-on work and construction project management. Must be a team player eager to contribute immediately.
Job Duties- Lead and oversee craft workers, ensuring compliance with project procedures, safety programs, and work rules. Document violations, notify management, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct accident investigations as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies and standards.
- Motivate team members to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control.
- Organize work effectively, keep detailed daily journals, and plan ahead for materials and tools.
- Dependent on experience and knowledge.
- Positive work environment in a stable, innovative, and culturally diverse electrical contractor.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
- Customer-service orientation and team spirit; ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and insured transportation.
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience in DOD, healthcare, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting; 2-4 years preferred.
- Basic understanding of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Ability to manage risk and profitability.
