Job OverviewNorth Alabama Restorations Inc. is seeking a seasoned and highly organized Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion. This role is pivotal in coordinating field teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for projects involving water, fire, and mold mitigation. Key Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of restoration projects (water, fire, mold).
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality results.
- Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff.
- Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
- Enforce job site safety, code compliance, and company quality standards.
- Track project documentation, approvals, and client communications.
- Previous experience in restoration, residential construction, or project management required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several jobs concurrently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience with insurance claims and mitigation standards a plus.
- Performance Bonuses:
Total earning potential of $100,000–$125,000+ - 9 Paid Holidays
- Retirement Plan: 100% company match up to 3% of income
- Company Vehicle:
Take-home vehicle included
Full-Time:
Monday–Friday
Flexible Availability:
Occasional emergency or after-hours work may be required
Coverage Area:
Regular travel to job sites in Madison, Decatur, and Athens
