Job salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 nationally. For California: $70,304 - $82,000. For Washington: $80,169 - $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, lead frontline associates, implement processes to optimize operations, and foster a safe, productive environment. You will also drive overall success and contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s reputation as a global leader in contract logistics.

With over 500 facilities and more than 50,000 associates, DHL Supply Chain North America operates in over 150 million square feet of warehouse space.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
