• Inspect, reject, or accept product according to visual standard, dimensional, and other requirements.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of quality control experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Factory environment with large range in temperature changes
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily.
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily.
• Use of Forklifts
• Travel less than 10%

• Detail oriented

• Basic math
• Ability to use computer for data entry and learn Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to learn API Q1 and/or ISO 9001 principles.
• Ability to accurately use scales, calipers, ruler, depth gauge.
• Ability to adapt and be cross trained to learn all job duties as required.
• Ability to learn technical repair and guidelines and procedures across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
