Job Description

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining the Academy’s professional voice, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring consistency across all written and verbal communications. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain communication materials aligned with the organization’s objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication efforts to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Support press releases, announcements, newsletters, and corporate presentations.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure clarity, professionalism, and cohesion across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support key messaging and strategic outreach efforts.
