As a Registered Nurse (RN) at UAB Medical West, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible treatment and support.

Minimum Qualifications:- Current and valid RN license in Alabama.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with regulations.
