- Monitoring vital signs and overall wellness
- Performing essential nursing tasks (catheters, dressings, wound care, etc.)
- Observing and reporting changes in health, mood, or behavior
- Connecting with residents — listening to their stories, their worries, their memories
- Preparing patients for procedures and advocating for their comfort
- Administering medications and immunizations
- Collaborating with and mentoring CNAs and NAs
- Every task you perform directly impacts someone’s life — and here, that impact is always appreciated.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Strong clinical competency and professionalism
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
