• Monitoring vital signs and overall wellness
• Performing essential nursing tasks (catheters, dressings, wound care, etc.)
• Observing and reporting changes in health, mood, or behavior
• Connecting with residents — listening to their stories, their worries, their memories
• Preparing patients for procedures and advocating for their comfort
• Administering medications and immunizations
• Collaborating with and mentoring CNAs and NAs

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Strong clinical competency and professionalism
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
