Hospice of North Alabama is seeking a dedicated RN for Hospice Admissions to support patients across Florence, AL and surrounding counties. You will visit patients in homes, hospitals, and facilities, assess needs, discuss goals, and coordinate the start of hospice services.
This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, teamwork with an interdisciplinary staff, mileage reimbursement, and compassionate, patient-centered care at a critical time.
