Southern Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Cullman County Jail .
This isn‘t your typical hospital floor. You‘ll provide meaningful patient care in a structured, secure environment where your clinical judgement, compassion, and nursing skills truly matter.

As part of our correctional healthcare team, you‘ll provide hands‑on care to patients while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
Your Responsibilities May Include- Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Recognizing changes in patient condition and communicating concerns appropriately
- Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
- Collaborating with nurses, providers, and correctional staff
- Maintaining a professional, compassionate approach to patient care
- Helping create a safe and therapeutic healthcare environment
