Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time | Day Shift
Sumter Health & Rehabilitation | York, AL
Base Pay: $27.05-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time | Day Shift
Weekend Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for weekend shift hours

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our part‑time day shift nursing team.
As an LPN, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, support residents' daily healthcare needs, and work alongside a dedicated team committed to quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
- Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post‑acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
- Base Pay of $27.05-$29.55 per hour based on experience
- +$3.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential
