Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior spaces of our apartment communities. This entry‑level role focuses on cleanliness, outdoor upkeep, and supporting the maintenance team.
Responsibilities include trash removal, landscaping support, routine light maintenance, and assisting with vacant unit prep. A valid driver's license is required. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call and event support.
