Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser and help showcase products in local stores. You will work independently, establish retailer relationships, and maintain inventory levels.

As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other product lines.

• Your starting pay will be $13.50 to $14.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours 8–10 per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  Additional hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on holidays themselves.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations and fixture placement; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team support:
  As part of Hallmark’s field organization, support team members as needed.

This physically demanding job requires: push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs/ladders. Work on sales floor and back stockrooms.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Can read, write, and understand English.
• Can grasp, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
