Our client is a fast-growing roofing company seeking a driven sales professional with an existing book of business and strong connections to contractors, architects, or property managers.
Responsibilities- Sell commercial roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance plans
- Leverage your network for 1–5 referred deals per year
- Manage your own day: field visits, inspections, or office outreach
- Collaborate with an internal call center providing leads
- 1+ years of roofing sales experience
- Familiarity with TPO, PVC, metal, or coatings
- Self-starter, problem solver, growth-minded
- $80K base + 1–2% commissions
- 25% company growth this year
- Team-oriented culture with no corporate red tape
