- Provide clinical training and education to customers, ensuring effective dissemination of technical product information
- Collaborate with the extended team to execute account strategies and enhance market position
- Manage customer relationships and problem resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry segment with a proven track record in customer relationship and account management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to engage key stakeholders effectively
- Proven selling and customer relationship management skills, including navigating complex sales processes
- Ability to manage assigned accounts effectively, driving utilization and business planning
- Experience in the health technology or medical device industry
- Familiarity with imaging and therapy devices
- Background in clinical training or education roles
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Professional presence with excellent communication skills
