As an Outside Sales Representative,you’ll meet with homeowners and business owners duringpre-scheduled appointments(plus leads you generate yourself) to diagnose pest, termite, and other various home issues. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that bring real value to our customers.

• Develop detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines- ensuring clear communication of the benefits and value of the solutions offered
• Work closely with technicians to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans, providing necessary insights and instructions for successful implementation
• Serve as a problem solver to identify the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs
• Proactively identify and cultivate leads through direct outreach, referrals, and participation in community events to expand customer base
• Build trust by staying current on products, methods, and regulations.
• Cross-sell services when appropriate by identifying multiple home solution needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through.

• Prior experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Self-starter with initiative in managing leads and the overall sales process.
• Physically able to walk, kneel, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces.
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Tech-savvy – we’ll train you on our software tools.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• High school diploma or higher
• Valid  clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
