As a Security Officer – Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Brookwood, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. As an unarmed patrol officer you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to create a secure environment, drive regularly, remain visible to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious behavior observed during patrols.
• Document and communicate incidents, hazards or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
• Support a secure working environment by remaining visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific instructions related to security operations and emergency preparedness.

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The post is primarily a driving post.
• Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will undergo a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history may be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
