Location: North Highlands
West Care Foundation in North Highlands, CA seeks a Housing Navigator to facilitate successful reentry by securing safe, stable, and affordable housing for participants after incarceration. The role collaborates with STOP staff, landlords, and housing authorities to identify suitable placements and address barriers to access.
The Housing Navigator develops discharge plans, assists with housing applications, and advocates with landlords to promote housing retention. Regional travel is required.
