Software engineers are problem solvers. While most have deep expertise in specific areas of the technology stack (front end, back end, data, security etc.), all are comfortable swimming across lanes. This is really important in delivering the product and platform outcomes that our customers expect.

In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

• As a Senior Application Designer and Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions.
• Designing and developing user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Experience building successful production scalable software systems preferred.
• Programming languages: 3-5+ years of experience with Java or C#
• Net or .Net Core
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• You are a self- and quick learner, regardless of the languages and technologies used.
• A passion for delivering commercial software products and platforms to market.
• Able to communicate clearly and efficiently with a variety of audiences including developers, clients, customers, partners and executives.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering processes.
• Deep understanding and interest in cloud and distributed systems architectures.
• Experience leading and growing technical talent (for software engineering managers).
