The purpose of the Logistics Assistant is to assist the Logistics department with clerical support for Ben

E. Keith operational, customer service and shipment functions in an effort to ensure effective logistics management.

• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and provide clerical support to drive operational efficiency.
• Track freight and carrier bills to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
• Perform tracking of freight loads to ensure satisfactory quality and timely delivery.

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 3 years of business experience a plus.
• Ability to use a PC.
• Data entry skills a must.
• Knowledge of logistics/transportation helpful.
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications.

Driver safety is important to Ben

E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
