• Salary: $62,400 – $72,800 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full‑time schedule)
• Location: Alabaster, AL (Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area)

• Partnering in developing patient care plans with the dentist using AAP guidelines

• Associate degree (or higher) in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
