Implementation Project Manager (Enterprise Software / IDP)

We’re supporting a leading technology provider in the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and workflow automation space who are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to manage full end‑to‑end customer deployments.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer‑focused, and experienced in delivering enterprise software solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring smooth, successful implementations from initiation through to production rollout.

• Lead customer implementation projects from kick‑off to go‑live
• Manage multiple enterprise projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met
• Build project plans, milestones and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate activities across Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Development and Support
• Oversee configuration work including classification, extraction, validation and workflow automation
• Manage integrations with ECM, ERP, BPM and other business applications
• Run project status meetings, executive updates and risk management sessions
• Support testing, UAT, deployment readiness and production rollout
• Handle scope, change requests, risks, issues and customer communications
• Ensure smooth transition into support and customer success teams
• 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects
• Strong understanding of IDP, OCR, workflow automation or document processing technologies
• Experience with ECM, BPM, records management or workflow platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of AI‑driven enterprise solutions
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Ability to travel when required
