AFS, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Ascending Service Manager to join their team in Alabaster, AL
.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
  • Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
  • Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
  • Learn all aspects of the Service Manager’s day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in the foundation repair industry
  • Proven experience in service and/or customer service
  • Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Working Conditions And

Physical Requirements
  • Occasional travel to work sites or construction branch locations to visit customers and employees to ensure quality of sales
  • Exposure to loud noise, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration
  • Work near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust and asphalt
