• Assists manager with training, coaching, and communicating job expectations to employees
• Oversees nightly warehouse operations to include quality control, order pulling, and loading of delivery trucks for the next day
• Ensures that policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Organizes floor space to maximize storage
• Conducts daily cycle counts and quarterly inventory counts
• Reconciles variances in the operating system
• Responsible for securing building via alarm nightly
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and being utilized and maintained properly
• Responsible for running all shipping documents
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Be able to communicate effectively with all business partners
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting required
• Must be detail and processes oriented
• Able to adhere to rigorous deadlines
• Proficient in MS programs
• Have a willingness to learn/expand knowledge
• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision
• Must be 21 years or older

• Able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Able to walk, stand, and stoop on a consistent basis
• A drug screen and background check are required
• Position is salaried with potential for annual inventory bonuses
• Monday – Thursday, 11am – close (until work is finished). Must be able to work 4 Fridays and 4 Sundays a year
