Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., delivers tire, undercar, and lubricant products to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Sunday‑Thursday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm (or until work is completed). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires, assisting with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for heavy loads.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will call) as business needs dictate.
- Perform additional job‑related tasks and follow any instructions from your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Employees must be able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Tasks include lifting 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds; lifting commercial tires (including team lifts) and working at heights up to 25 feet. Protective equipment such as steel/toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL is required. Work may involve exposure to weather, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Minimum age 18 to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Abide by all company safety policies and transportation regulations.
- Capability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
