Store Supervisor

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is looking for a Store Supervisor to join our high‑performance team. This full‑time, benefits‑eligible role supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality.

Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sunday closures. If you have restaurant, retail, or hotel customer service experience, we invite you to grow your career with us.

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume full operational control in the Manager’s absence.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of all associates, ensuring position expectations are met.
• Effectively work with and train all front‑ and back‑of‑house positions.
• Perform various administrative functions, including banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools such as Huddles, Observation Checklists, and Ham Evaluations.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and produce daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor, adjust staffing based on business demands, and maintain accurate staffing records.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies, including wait times, yields, and product quality.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed (hand dip, hair nets, gloves, aprons) and equipment is used correctly.
• Monitor stocking and cleanup duties, maintaining FIFO rotation of all product (FOH and BOH).
• Handle complaints with 100% customer satisfaction according to Company policy.
• Participate in catering, gifting sales, and fulfillment in all B2B and catering processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions between promotions, ensuring proper holiday and non‑holiday set‑ups.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable; prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Good understanding of production facility operations (equivalent to 1‑2 years of work experience).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to assist with catering orders and deliveries.

Physical dexterity and mobility are required to perform job demands, which may include working with a hot torch. The role requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies, some of which may be up to 65 lbs.
