Role
Spectrum Environmental, Inc., an established firm with more than 30 years in business and offices in Mobile, Birmingham, and Nashville, seeks a motivated individual who desires to learn, grow, and develop alongside a multi‑faceted team of environmental professionals. The successful candidate will be a great communicator and exhibit servant‑leader characteristics. The following framework outlines expectations for this individual.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Geology
- 5+ years’ experience in the environmental field
- Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification preferred
- Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
- Perform soil and groundwater sampling
- Conduct geologic evaluations
- Provide assessment staff training and development
- Manage task/project coordination
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned
Conditions
Employment is subject to a pre‑employment physical, drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.
