Location: Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly
Are you mechanically inclined and ready to build something that matters? Join our team in Alachua, Florida as an Assembler and contribute to building high‑quality drilling rigs used worldwide to extract the critical resources that fuel industries and power progress.
What You’ll Do:- Assemble large and heavy components using hand and power tools.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform hydraulic connections and ensure proper fit and fastening of parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Planning.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
- Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit‑for‑work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
