Senior Accounting Manager

• As Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee and modernize the company’s accounting operations—leading process automation, ensuring GAAP‑compliant reporting, and driving financial accuracy and efficiency across a rapidly scaling organization.
• It's important that you can comb through thousands of lines on a spreadsheet with a trained eye. We need someone who is strong and can help with reconciliations.

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Own month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Manage sales and use tax filings, audits, and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor an Accounts Payable Lead, promoting consistency and growth.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements using ERP and FP&A tools.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and reports to support strategic decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required (CMA/CFA a plus).
• 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience, including a couple of years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing or production accounting environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, audits, and financial compliance.

• Experience with Odoo 17 ERP or modern FP&A system implementation.
• Multi‑entity consolidation and cost accounting experience.
• A proven track record of automating manual accounting processes.
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) per ITAR/EAR regulations.
