• Develop project estimates, budgets, and detailed schedules for capital projects.
• Create and maintain cost and schedule baselines throughout project planning phases.
• Track project scope, cost, and schedule performance to support informed decision-making.
• Align engineering progress with contractor and vendor deliverables.
• Support project forecasting, risk reduction, and variance tracking activities.
• Coordinate planning transitions for larger projects moving into execution.
• Assist with project controls activities on smaller projects through implementation.

• Experience in project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, or capital project planning.
• Knowledge of cost management, project scheduling, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Ability to analyze project data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
