Pyka is looking for a skilled Electro‑Mechanical Assembly Technician with electrical and mechanical experience to support the fabrication and integration of complex electrical and mechanical subsystems for its autonomous aircraft systems. This role involves hands‑on harness assembly, subsystem builds, and electronic testing, all executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.

• Fabricate, assemble, and route complex wiring harnesses based on engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Crimp, terminate, and secure connectors (e.g., 38999, Deutsch, Bulgin, M12)
• Assemble electrical and mechanical subsystems according to work instructions and schematics
• Conduct functional and continuity testing on harnesses, circuits, and subassemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment
• Perform in‑process quality checks on assemblies throughout the build lifecycle
• Maintain an organized and operational production space; calibrate and maintain equipment as needed

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical assembly (internships, school projects, military experience, or personal projects count!)
• Familiarity with electrical subsystems and basic inspection practices
• Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or power supplies for simple electronic testing
• Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions
• Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions, learn, and collaborate
