Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for people development, and a customer‑first mindset. As Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, build a positive team culture, and ensure every client receives the MVP Experience Sport Clips is known for.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists to deliver excellent service
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Drive sales and service goals to meet or exceed salon performance targets
• Coach and mentor stylists on performance, technique, and delivering the Sport Clips 5‑Point Play
• Create and manage stylist schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
• Manage inventory and oversee daily salon operations
• Open and close the store, ensuring all daily operational procedures are completed
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting duties
• Foster a positive, fun, and sports‑oriented environment for clients and team members
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations

• Previous management or leadership experience (salon, retail, or customer service preferred)
• Current cosmetology or barber license [if required by state]
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
• Reliable and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
