The role requires strong written and verbal English communication skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, meetings, deliverables, and internal IT training activities.

  • Coordinate IT projects and work streams from planning through implementation and closure, under the direction of a project manager or IT leader.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and deliverables; follow up consistently with owners to confirm progress, resolve blockers, and support timely completion.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, notes, decisions, and action-item follow-up.
  • Prepare clear, professional written communications, status updates, presentations, announcements, and stakeholder messages for IT initiatives.
  • Coordinate across IT teams, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support alignment, dependencies, and execution.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on project progress, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Escalate schedule risks, unresolved actions, resource constraints, and other concerns to the project manager or appropriate leader.
  • Coordinate internal IT training activities, including training schedules, participant communications, logistics, materials, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up.
  • Support change management, deployment readiness, and adoption activities associated with technology implementations.
  • Maintain project files, collaboration sites, templates, and records in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Assist with project governance and other project management activities as assigned.
  • Apply appropriate project delivery methods, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches, based on the needs of the initiative.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, PMO support, training coordination, or a related role; consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology projects and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to draft clear business communications and present information professionally.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and task follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and status-reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated judgment in identifying risks, escalating issues, and communicating when commitments may not be met.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Project management certification or training, such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum, or Agile, is a plus
