The Opportunity

Join our client as an Inventory and Logistics Manager to lead inventory operations and shipping/receiving activities on-site. Youll be responsible for ensuring material accuracy, optimizing storage, and coordinating the movement of parts and assemblies across the companys facilities.

How Youll Fulfill Your Mission

Own end-to-end inventory management: receiving, storage, issuing, kitting, and cycle counting.

Maintain and improve inventory accuracy, traceability, and accountability in the ERP system.

Coordinate shipments from suppliers and manage outbound logistics to customers, test sites, and launch operations.

Develop and refine workflows for warehousing, handling, and shipping/receiving.

Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Lead, mentor, and develop a logistics team.

Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP/MRP systems.
