The Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management is a key leadership role focused on shaping and driving the strategic direction of the company’s product portfolio in North America. This role involves leading the development and execution of both long-term and short-term strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from a commercial perspective. The position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and financial imperatives to guide the portfolio toward sustainable growth and profitability.

This role is vital in ensuring that the company’s product portfolio is strategically positioned for sustained growth and competitive advantage, aligning all functions to drive the company’s long-term vision and business success.

• Strategic Planning:
  Lead the formulation and execution of the Strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives and market opportunities.
• Tactical Strategy Implementation:
  Lead the tactical/execution Plan process across all relevant functions, ensuring that departmental efforts are aligned and contribute to the overall strategic goals.
• Portfolio Strategy Management:
  Manage the product portfolio’s lifecycle, from strategic planning of new product introductions to the phase-out of end-of-life products, ensuring that all decisions are aligned and contribute to market leadership.
• Cross-Functional Alignment:
  Drive collaboration across functions (Marketing, Sales, and Market Access) to ensure all strategic initiatives are integrated across the organization, including scenario planning, competitive analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Leads monthly CMR (Commercial management review) meetings to ensure cross functional alignment regarding portfolio launches and strategic initiatives.
