The Team

The Inventory and Logistics team ensures that the company has the right materials, in the right place, at the right time. We manage inbound receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, kitting, and outbound shipping in support of engineering, production, and launch operations. By building reliable and scalable processes, we enable our teams to focus on delivering spacecraft and launch systems that improve life on Earth from space.

The Opportunity

Join our client as an Inventory and Logistics Specialist to support inventory operations and shipping/receiving activities on-site. Youll help ensure material accuracy, organize storage, and move parts and assemblies across the companys facilities to keep production and launch operations running smoothly.

How Youll Fulfill Your Mission

Perform daily inventory tasks: receiving, storing, issuing, kitting, and cycle counting.

Accurately maintain traceability and accountability of materials in the ERP system.

Support shipments from suppliers and assist with outbound logistics to customers, test sites, and launch operations.

Follow established workflows for warehousing, handling, and shipping/receiving.

Work closely with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability of logistics processes.

Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics operations.

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and standard inventory practices.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Desired Multipliers

Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.

Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, including hazardous materials.
