About the Role Packers make sure our breads and pastries reach customers in excellent condition. You'll package baked goods accurately and efficiently for wholesale, retail, and special orders in a fast-paced bakery production facility, while keeping product quality, labeling, and food safety standards high. This role reports to the Packing Lead.

What You'll Do
- Pack baked goods into bags, boxes, or trays based on packing lists and order sheets
- Confirm that product, quantity, and labeling match each customer's order
- Handle all items with care to prevent breakage or damage
- Communicate with the baking and logistics teams about shortages, substitutions, or quality issues
- Pre-label packaging, prepare order stickers, and stage delivery carts
- Track and report waste
- Keep your work area clean and organized, and follow food safety standards (GMP, HACCP/SQF) and PPE requirements
- Complete end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation (sweeping, mopping, trash removal)- Follow timekeeping procedures, including accurate clock-in/clock-out and meal and rest breaks

Schedule

Full-time. Shift start times vary based on business needs; weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Preferred (not required)- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or food service packing
- Bilingual Spanish/English Physical Demands and Work Environment With or without reasonable accommodation, must be able to:

- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)- Bend, twist, lift, and reach frequently
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work in a bakery production facility with varying temperature zones (coolers, ovens)
