Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who will serve as the Consumer Marketing Leader to our client in Alameda, CA. You will generate consumer demand for our client’s product by creating and executing strategies and plans that drive Awareness, Engagement, Trial, Advocacy and Loyalty.

Our client is one of the leading Hospital & Healthcare companies bringing new products and technologies to the world.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Defining the Consumer Target
• Turning consumer insights into actionable BIG ideas
• Develop the marketing strategy and plans and leading the team to execute the plans Developing promotion strategy, tracking results and budget

• You are a self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate good executive presence.
• You have the ability to identify/define business questions and issue and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
• You will serve as product/market expert related to product positioning, competitive information, product performance, etc.
