PM Medication Nurse; LVN​/LPN

Waters Edge Lodge and Elders Inn are currently seeking a PM Shift Medication Nurse to join our esteemed Nursing Team.

Compensation: $32.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly

The Medication Nurse plays a crucial role in wound care, diabetic management, and medication management. This is a full-time position working a 4-on, 2-off rotation on the PM Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). We are combining two part-time positions to make a single, full-time position.

• Monitor care plans
• Provide wound care
• Manage diabetic care
• Administer medications
• Supervise overall care

• Current, valid CA nursing license
• Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare field
• Ability to communicate clearly with elderly residents
• Ability to work compassionately with individuals with cognitive impairments
