Join a leading biotech company supporting oncology drug discovery through development of cell-based assays and evaluation of small-molecule inhibitors. This onsite role offers potential for extension or permanent hire.

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments supporting oncology research programs.
• Develop and perform cell-based functional, viability, and screening assays.
• Interpret data, prepare presentations, and communicate findings to project teams.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to method development and stay current with scientific literature.

• BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years of relevant industry experience in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture in a biotech/pharma setting.
• Experience with cell viability assays, ELISA, AlphaLISA, compound screening, and small-molecule drug discovery.
• Proficient in data analysis, including dose-response curve generation and interpretation.

• Western blotting, high-throughput screening, Graph Pad Prism, PCR, fluorescent imaging, and phenotypic assays.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Mammalian Cell Culture, Cell Viability Assays, ELISA, AlphaLISA, Drug Discovery, Data Analysis.

Western Blot, High-Throughput Screening, Graph Pad Prism, PCR, Fluorescent Imaging, MS Office Suite.
