Full Stack Developer, App Developer - Mobile/Web
Our client, a leading banking institution, is seeking a talented Senior Android Application Developer to design, develop, and prototype innovative customer applications for both phones and tablets. This role involves a full app life‑cycle participation: from concept and design to build, deployment, testing, and release in the app store.
As a key contributor, you will collaborate with product teams to explore new ideas, design prototypes, and provide project estimates. Stay informed on the latest features and developments in relevant products and platforms, while driving a best practices approach that leads to the continuous improvement of our applications, processes, and tools. Documentation of all features in development will also be part of your responsibilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Typically requires 6+ years of experience in application development.
- Proven experience as an Android app developer, including proficiency with RX Java.
- Expertise in designing and building native mobile applications on the Android platform.
- Experience with designing and implementing application updates.
- Strong development skills in Core Java and knowledge of C-based libraries.
